VISION BOARD WORKSHOP – Sat Jan 6th 2018

Turning fantasy into vision, that’s what this event is about. It’s what I’m about too. Part workshop, part group coaching, part magic spell. And it’s all happening right here in my kitchen on the last day of Christmas, January 6th, with prosecco, creativity chat, and nibbles. What better way to start the year? It’s going to be relaxing, fun, and transformative, that I can promise. But hurry, I have only 6 places left. (Dec 19th EDIT – Only 4 places left!)
A little more on Vision Boards…
Vision boards, or mood boards as they’re also known, are a powerful tool to train the mind to a vision. Practically speaking it means going through magazines and cutting out any image or word that speaks to you and making a collage from your collection of images. A vision board is something personal to the individual, a vision map or signpost might be a more apt description. It’s placing your desires up front and centre. That could be health, love, wealth, happiness, peace, healing, business success, finding direction, or what it is you need and want to focus on in 2018, and beyond.

I really enjoyed the Vision Board workshop.A great start to the new year (or indeed anytime) to get serious about your vision or goals,but in a fun relaxed envoirnment .Jane’s home was the perfect setting,a beautiful,stylish warm, envoirnment coducive to the creative process.It was more than just cutting & sticking (which is relaxing & therapeutic in itself!) But was a gathering of inspiring women creating their own piece of magic, which is evident when you see your vision board completed & get the feeling that anything is posssible!

What a wonderful way to start the year…with a great group of women,in a beautiful, cosy home sorting out our hopes and wishes for 2018. An afternoon of relaxing and cutting out pictures and text that appealed to us then gluing them onto our “boards”- I’d definitely recommend it as a kind of “meditation” for the year ahead, gently facilitated by the lovely Jane, who served finger food, prosecco and inspiration in equal measure. The resulting “vision boards” were very different, but everyone seemed happy with their final pieces. We could share our thoughts about the process, or not. Nothing was forced and I, for one, left rejuvenated . Thanks Jane x
